Returns

Any dispute of the Customer regarding the quantity of delivered products is accepted only at the time of delivery and before the departure of the carrier. Any doubts of the Customer regarding the quality, packaging or any other characteristics of the products will be accepted for review by the Company only if expressed in writing within 3 days from the date of receipt of the products and in any case before their use. Returns are accepted only upon written agreement with the Company and no later than 15 days from the day of receipt, and the returned products must be in the same condition as they were originally delivered. The Customer has the right of withdrawal without reason within 15 calendar days from the date he received the products. The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing and the Customer must return the products to the Company's headquarters in the condition in which they were received bearing the cost of the original shipment and the cost of return. Any returns must be made after consultation with the Company. There is no right of withdrawal for products that are manufactured or ordered specifically for the Customer. The Company, within 15 days of receiving the returned products and if they are in excellent condition and in the correct quantity, must return the consideration received in the same way as the initial collection was made. Shipping and return costs charged to the Customer are not refunded. The Company, if exceptionally and at its discretion, accepts the return of products that have suffered damages or quantitative deficiencies due to the Customer, reserves in any case the right to set off with the returned amount any damages or quantitative differences of the returned products. The Company has the right to withdraw without reason and not execute an order by returning the consideration received. Because the Company's products are mainly natural materials, any variations of the products that the Customer will receive regarding the coloring, dimensions, width, length, thickness, sizes, hardness and in general of all their characteristics in relation to the possible sampling that has been done or with the photographic material of our website or other forms of the Company and the written descriptions of the Company, are accepted by the Customer without any claim for compensation or right of return.
